We like the specious and nice garden, pool and breakfast.
The garden is beautiful, i took my breakfast there while having having a sunbath it was great.
I didn't like the evening buffet, very poor, some of the dishes were good but in general it's way better to eat outside
The layout and gardens were absolutely brilliant. Almost literally a calm oasis in a noisy, lively city. If all Best Western hotels are this good they have become our first choice.
We (and others) experienced some difficulties with lunch/drink orders which were not caused by language problems.
Confort and beautiful gardens in a busy city
The loud music all night and the loud music at the pool during the day
good accomodation friendly staff and excellant buffet breakfast and indoor pool
no wifi connection in the room as promised and had to go to main reception.Very cold outdoor pool
Very nice gardens, nice swimming pool (very cold water), delicious breakfast. Complex of buildings with wellness, sport activities, entertainment (without city smog). The staff was cheerful, everybody spoke English.
In my opinion, holiday complex Tikida Garden is very large without personal access. Wifi was very slow, terrible quality. The restaurant close to the swimming pool was nice, but the meal was very simple and nothing special (we prefered to go to the city to eat traditional food). The room was on the ground floor, very dark, without view of gardens. If you prefer traditional style of Morocco, you should choose any of other hotels closer to the medina.
loved it all - very clean, lovely staff, beautiful pool, for me, great location and grounds, loved the morning aqua exercise time!
Wonderful place - great room / pool with very fun morning exercise class / free shuttle into city / this place is a wonderful place to unwind and rest! (just what I needed!) It is far better than some reviews indicated, from my standpoint.
Friendly Staff; Very clean rooms; Beautiful nature; International Satndard; Great Breakfast; Punctual shuttle to new town.
I would expect for a hotel with such an international standard to have free access to GYM for guests.
The building is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The pool was nice. Reception staff is helpful and friendly. A lot of staff members spoke some or good English (as well as excellent French of course). I found the location fine. The closest entrance to the medina is not far, although the touristic souks are another fair stroll.
The food was of poor quality. It is the first time I had a tasteless, bland tagine. Birds sit and pick on the breakfast breads, staff doen't do anything about this. This is very unhygienic. Room service menu is very limited, no hot meals or local foods.
The grounds of the hotel are fantastic. Big swimming pool, good bar, tennis courts, table tennis, everything you could want for a week. Hotel is well kept and the food is good.
Fairly far out from the new town and the medina. Have to get taxis everywhere and the haggling system is a nightmare.
The design of a hotel and garden are great. The staff was friendly and caring. They have a shuttle to the centre of the city. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and tasty.
very good hotel with friendly staff and good facilities, nicely laid out with a large variety of tress and flowers. breakfast is decent and dinner buffet is amazing. Animation team is charming and keeps you occupied. very relaxing holiday.
The only short draw back is the distance from the main square in Marrakech. However they do provide a shuttle bus to go to New Town where you can find a supermarket, or either walk to the Medina 15min or take a taxi which takes around 7min costing around 10 to 20 dirham (you need to bargain hard though). not much around the hotel itself but short distance away from local shops to buy water from.
The poolside was fantastic, with lovely scenery and design. It gave the impression of being at an even higher class of hotel than you were. We will gladly stay again, an absolute bargain.
The food served in the restaurant was awful; it was served in a buffet style with food often sitting under a hotplate for many hours. It was also incredibly over priced and the menu only changed three times in a week.
Everything was good apart from you have to pay to use the gym and the lunchtime evening buffet was very samey and too much fish!
